For better or worse tech has helped me build a fitness habit, but not without its own issues. Here are some of my thoughts on using tech to build a good fitness habit.

@jle Absolutely. I'm just talking about exercise habits here but food is also a big struggle for many, including myself. Just last week I published a post on my own struggle with soda, for example.
